Formal dinner after the service.
8:00 pm Compline
Compline is prayed in cells.
Mondays
Desert Day
Silence is kept throughout the Monastery until after Vespers.
8:00 am Informal breakfast, eaten in silence
1:00 pm Informal lunch, eaten in silence
5:00pm Jesus Prayer and Vespers
Formal dinner after the service.
8:00pm Compline
After Compline, silence is kept.
Tuesdays, Wednesdays & Thursdays
6:00 am Jesus Prayer, Matins, and (except Wednesdays) Divine Liturgy
Informal breakfast after the service, eaten in silence.
1:00 pm Informal lunch, eaten in silence
5:00pm Jesus Prayer and Vespers
Formal dinner after the service.
8:00pm Compline
After Compline, silence is kept.
Fridays
7:00 am – 8:00 am Jesus Prayer in Church, or prayer and spiritual reading in cells.
Silence is kept throughout the monastery until 9:30 am.
